Discover Adams County Bus Tour
Whether you're a life-long resident of Adams County or a visiting Gettysburg buff, we invite you to join us on a half-day bus excursion around the towns and villages of historic Adams County, Pennsylvania. Guided by Tim Smith, director of education at the Adams County Historical Society, the tour will cover lesser-known sites and stories tucked away in the hills and orchards of our beautiful region.
The bus tour will begin and end at the Adams County Historical Society (625 Biglerville Road).

Old-Fashioned Corn Roast Festival
Come enjoy an old-fashioned picnic featuring corn roasted in the husk, served at your table at the historic Union Mills Homestead. Meal ticket buys: Serving of fried chicken, applesauce, sliced tomatoes, roll and butter, iced tea or lemonade, and all the roasted corn you can eat.
The Maryland House & Garden Pilgrimage in Carroll County
This year’s tour features historic Taneytown and surrounding northern Carroll County. Fifteen beautiful historic properties will be open for tour. This year’s proceeds will benefit Historic Uniontown, Inc.
